Thanks to those for the welcome.

I didn't get back on time so had my membership stopped. One of those things.

Anyway, only get the odd chance to get on the radio now with the 101zd in the shed and wilson1000 on the roof. Not hearing a lot as you would expect. A big change for me from when i was living on the farm 500ft asl seeing right across to 137 and using a Moonraker 6 warmed up with a kw 1000 running 750 watts. Was able to work Newcastle Yorks and Staffs on the groundwave.

I have a simplex repeater on 446 I might set for a trial some day if anyone wants to try for it?

Regards
Bob 68IR109

I do apologise for that Bob and I did only delete the accounts last night. We have so many members joining and then not logging in we have set up an automatic setting to delete users who have not logged in for 90 days.

Welcome back to the forum,

Dave

P.S. That 446 repeater sounds good fun.

Might be interesting to set the repeater up on 11 some day. Or a mixture of 11 and pmr? As rx 446 tx 446/11m
