HARVARD 410T MODS REQUIRED

Hi all
Has anyone modded one of these CB handhelds from either 27/81 to EU spec or other way around.
If so please could you inform me how to mod the rig.
I am asking this for a fellow radio amateur.
Also has anyone got operating instructions or circuit diagrams for this rig.

Now thats a good question. I know of one man that piggy backed the radio for the EU channels but there was some issues based on the lack of space i remember at the time
