Anyone seen one of these

Hi guys
Has anyone seen or used one of these h/h

Searching the net is drawing a blank and one for all you hardened ebayer ,is this guy safe to buy from ,never bought anything outside the uk before .

Edited to add simon says it is a FM ONLY radio. So the advert looks to be wrong.
