unusual SWL log.

Listening around last night I heard music on 4363khz USB 
I did a quick check on AM & it was definitely on USB.
Sadly I only heard about 2 minutes of transmission & no voice before the transmitter switched off
Still it does go to show it does pay to listen around.
It seems that this may have been Radio Monaco a maritime weather service.
