Good website to get through blocked sites?

every website on my computar is blocked. myspace, facebook, youtube,
etc. is there a good, safe way i can get through to these sites without
harming my computar?

If anyone wants a proxy, then Anonymouse, has a good reputation & has been used by enough people to prove it will not infect your PC.
