I have created a QRZ button on your profile page that links to your own QRZ page if you have one. All you need to do is go into your profile and click on the Contact Tab and insert your URL for QRZ into the field.
The URL will be www.qrz.com/urcall so mine is www.qrz.com/2w0pwr
and this is how it displays on the forum.
