It comes with the radiator (wire) already cut.

Am I right in assuming I will need some sort of tuner to make this work on my preferred band?

Or is there a freq calculator out there? I have been looking for ages and cant find nothing.

I only use 70cm for that repeater and all the 2m repeaters were working fine. Thought nothing off it until this morning when I got fed up of the signal I thought I will try the handheld. Well full signal on its rubber duck so that got me worried thinking the Radio had a fault. I plugged the small bee sting in and hey what do you its working fine. My other antenna is no good now. Will see about putting the meter on it later...
